One of the most special parts of our journey is the opportunity to stay overnight in a traditional Karen village. Rather than simply visiting the village for a short time,
you will have the chance to stay with the local community and experience their way of life more closely.

During your stay, you can learn about the traditional way of living, including how local food is prepared, what people eat in their daily lives, and how meals are shared within the community. You will have the opportunity to experience simple, locally prepared food and discover the connection between the people, their food, and the surrounding forest.
Staying overnight also allows you to experience the village at a slower pace — from the peaceful atmosphere of the evening to waking up surrounded by the sounds of nature in the morning.
